公司严格按计量法和实施细则对公司的检测设备和计量器具实行A、B、C分类管理和彩色标记管理。公司建标的项目达到二大类七大项的计量标准和检测项目。从1985年起先后从国外先进国家引进了漆包线检测设备并配备了一整套漆包线检测设备、计量器具能按不同用户的特殊要求及采用国际电工委员会IEC、美国NEMA、日本JIS、国标GB等标准进行全面检测，我们还拥有用于过程控制的介质损耗的tgδ仪，在线的粒子检测仪和在线的高压针孔仪，保证了产品的质量。

Strictly abiding by Metrology Law of the People’s Republic of China and its implementation rules, the company classified its test equipment and measurement instruments into category A, category B and category C, which are marked in color. Since 1985, the company has successively introduced advanced enameled wire test equipment from foreign countries and is equipped with a whole set of enameled wire test equipment and measurement instruments, so it can adopt IEC, NEMA (USA), JIS (Japan) or GB standard to carry out comprehensive test according to the special requirements from different customers. In addition, we use dielectric loss tgδtester, online particle counter and online high pressure pinhole detector in process control so as to ensure product quality.
